Terms of Service

honestly is for adults (18+). One account per person. Don’t share your sign-in link.

We help founders collect anonymous, AI-led voice feedback from their peer network. You — the founder — submit context about what you’re working on. We generate questions. We send a link to peers you choose. They have a voice conversation with our AI. We aggregate five or more peer responses into a text-only readout for you.

You may not use honestly to:

• Harass, defame, or harm anyone
• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or deceptive
• Try to identify individual peers (that’s the point of anonymity)
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Send the peer link to people who haven’t agreed to participate

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You own what you submit (ask context, deck files). You grant us a license to process it through our service stack (Supabase, Retell, OpenAI) so we can produce your aggregate.

Peers own their voices. They consent to recording and transcription when they start a call. We do not sell or release peer audio.

Aggregates are generated by AI and are best-effort. They reflect what your peers said, but are not professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). Use your judgment.

We enforce a five-peer minimum before aggregates render. We never give a founder a peer’s voice clip. We do not log details that would let a founder identify which peer said what.

You can delete your account anytime through our contact form. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (currently $0 for everyone).

These terms are governed by California law.

If we change these terms we update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
